Winter Ski POV is a skiing game for iPhone made by Mellow Fellow Games. This page explains what happens to your information when you play.
What the game keeps
The game has no accounts and asks for no name, email or other personal details. Your settings, progress, records and ghost runs are saved on your phone only. We do not receive them. Deleting the game deletes them.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure them and limit fraud, Google and its partners may collect information from your phone, such as:
- your IP address and approximate location based on it;
- device and app information;
- how you interact with ads;
- your phone's advertising identifier, if you allow tracking.
This information goes to Google, not to us. Google explains how it uses it in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in its Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Tracking: your iPhone asks whether the game may track you for ads. The game works the same whatever you answer. You can change this later in the iPhone's Settings app.
- Europe and similar regions: where the law asks for it, a consent form appears before ads are loaded. You can open your ad choices again in the game under Settings, Ad privacy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask about, correct or delete information held about you, and to complain to your data protection authority. We hold no personal information about you ourselves, unless you write to us. Requests about advertising data are handled by Google through the links above.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Email
If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.

Oyunun sakladıkları

Seçimlerin
- Takip: iPhone'un, oyunun seni reklam için takip edip edemeyeceğini sorar. Ne cevap verirsen ver oyun aynı çalışır. Bunu sonradan iPhone'un Ayarlar uygulamasından değiştirebilirsin.
- Avrupa ve benzeri bölgeler: yasanın istediği yerlerde reklamlardan önce bir onay penceresi çıkar. Reklam tercihlerini oyunda Ayarlar, Reklam izinleri bölümünden yeniden açabilirsin.
Hakların
KVKK ve yaşadığın yerin yasaları kapsamında hakkındaki bilgileri sorma, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve veri koruma kurumuna başvurma hakkın olabilir. Bize yazmadığın sürece elimizde senin kişisel bilgin bulunmaz. Reklam verileriyle ilgili talepler yukarıdaki bağlantılardan Google'a iletilir.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız.
